First Avenue Estates have a long and successful track record in achieving planning permission in order to create quality residential development sites.

We generally select sites that have been identified as under-utilised, and identify the most efficient process to implement residential-led urban regeneration/ redevelopment projects that typically may encompass other elements such as mixed use, commercial, office, retail or industrial. We very much look to create these development solutions whilst taking into account the locality and engaging with the community.

Using our wealth of technical and legal experience we are able to quickly acquire development sites that have such potential and in many cases we are able to efficiently deal with any complex issues that may arise.

Every potential development site is unique. We approach each of our site acquisitions with a view to achieving planning consent by designing the most effective and efficient scheme that is appropriate  for the location. Combined with a design-led approach to each opportunity, we inevitably add value where others may not.
